Job Description Fashion Operations Assistant (Full-Time, Paid) Salary: 15,000/month About the Role: We are looking for a Fashion Operations Assistant to join our team at Shop&Yours, a growing fashion brand. It mainly involves managing day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth order flow and inventory management. Key Responsibilities: - Order Packaging: Pack customer orders neatly and ensure items are shipped safely. - Dispatch Coordination: Work with delivery partners for timely dispatch and track shipments. - Product Labelling: Tag and label new products before they are stocked or dispatched. - Quality Check (QC): Inspect products before packing to ensure they meet quality standards. - Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock records and organize inventory in the warehouse. - Customer Calls: Contact customers when required for order or address confirmations. - Office Assistance: Support with daily operational and administrative work as needed. Who We're Looking For: - Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented - Comfortable with hands-on operational and warehouse work - Basic understanding of garments, fashion products, and handling procedures - Proficient in Excel and familiar with inventory and logistics platforms. - Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines - Graduate with 14 years of experience in operations, fashion, or a related field - Based in Gurgaon and available for full-time, in office work Details: Location: Gurgaon Type: Full time, in office role Salary: 15,000 per month (paid position) Start Date: Immediate How to Apply: Send your resume on [Confidential Information] with the subject line Fashion Operations Assistant Application.
