**Job Title**: Japanese Language Trainer

**Location**: Pune, Maharashtra

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Language Instruction**: Deliver engaging Japanese language classes to students ranging from beginners to advanced levels.
- **Curriculum Development**: Develop, update, and enhance Japanese language courses and materials, ensuring they meet the needs of students.
- **Student Assessments**: Regularly evaluate students' progress, conduct tests, and provide constructive feedback on their language proficiency.
- **Classroom & Online Teaching**: Teach both in-person and online classes, creating an interactive, student-centered learning environment.
- **Cultural Integration**: Introduce aspects of Japanese culture, customs, and etiquette into lessons to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the language.
- **Individual Support**: Offer additional support to students who need extra help with understanding language concepts or assignments.
- **Teaching Methodology**: Use a variety of modern teaching techniques and tools to enhance the learning experience, ensuring a balance between speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
- **Administrative Responsibilities**: Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student performance.
- **Professional Development**: Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies, language trends, and Japanese culture.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree ( related to Japanese Language, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
- **Certification**: JLPT (Japanese Language Proficiency Test) N2 or higher, or equivalent certification.
- **Experience**: At least 2-5 years of experience in teaching Japanese as a second language, preferably in a formal setting.
- **Salary**:400 to 500 per Hour
- **Location**:Pune

**Skills**:

- Strong command of the Japanese language, including grammar, pronunciation, and vocabulary.
- Ability to teach Japanese effectively to diverse groups of students.
- Proficient in using modern teaching tools and platforms for both in-person and online instruction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods based on student needs and levels.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400.00 - ₹500.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
