**Job Summary**: We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our company as an Admin with Japanese Language Expertise. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and leveraging your proficiency in the Japanese language to facilitate effective communication between our organization and Japanese-speaking clients, partners, and stakeholders. Your exceptional language skills will contribute to the smooth operation of our business processes and enhance our relationships with Japanese-speaking individuals.
- Ensure clarity and accuracy in translation to maintain effective communication.
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and handling expense reports.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining various administrative documents, such as reports, memos, and presentations.
- Coordinate and support internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing relevant materials.
- Assist in maintaining organized filing systems and databases, both electronic and physical, to ensure easy access to information.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Japanese-speaking clients, partners, and stakeholders.Act as a liaison between internal departments and Japanese-speaking individuals, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
- Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service to Japanese-speaking stakeholders.
- Foster positive relationships with external vendors and service providers.
- Maintaining sales billing and coordinate with sales team.

**Qualification**:

- Fluency in both written and spoken Japanese and English is essential.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably with exposure to Japanese-speaking clients or stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Cultural sensitivity and the ability to adapt communication styles in a multicultural environment.

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Admin: 3 years (preferred)
