**Job Title**:Japanese Language - Trainer

**Experience**: min. 3 years

**Position Overview**: As a Japanese Language Trainer, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering dynamic and effective language courses that cater to learners of all levels and backgrounds. Leveraging your expertise in Japanese language instruction, language acquisition methodologies, and cultural competence, you will guide learners through engaging lessons and activities that promote language fluency, cultural awareness, and communication skills. This role requires strong communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and a passion for teaching Japanese language and culture.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver structured language courses and workshops covering Japanese grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, writing, and conversation skills.
- Design interactive and communicative language activities, such as role-plays, language games, group discussions, and multimedia presentations, to facilitate language learning and retention.
- Provide personalized instruction and feedback to learners, tailoring teaching methods and materials to accommodate individual learning styles, goals, and proficiency levels.
- Integrate authentic cultural materials, such as literature, films, music, and current events, into the curriculum to deepen learners’ understanding of Japanese culture and society.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages curiosity, collaboration, and cross-cultural exchange among learners.
- Organize cultural immersion experiences, language exchanges, and community events to provide learners with opportunities to practice their language skills in real-world settings.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Japanese language education, language teaching methodologies, and digital learning tools, and integrate relevant updates into the curriculum.
- Collaborate with other language instructors, program coordinators, and cultural experts to enhance the overall language learning experience and promote cultural exchange initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Japanese Language, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
- Native or near-native proficiency in Japanese and fluency in English.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience teaching Japanese language to learners of varying ages and proficiency levels, preferably in a classroom or language institute setting.
- Proven track record of successful language instruction, with a focus on communicative and student-centered teaching methods.
- Strong knowledge of Japanese language structure, grammar, pronunciation, and writing systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Cultural sensitivity and awareness, with a genuine interest in promoting cross-cultural understanding and appreciation.
- Experience with instructional technology and digital language learning platforms is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance
Contract length: 36 months

**Salary**: ₹13,700.00 - ₹78,337.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 28 per week
