- Coordinate Shipments: Plan, schedule, and monitor the shipping and delivery of goods across various locations.
- Inventory Management: Track and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
- Vendor & Carrier Communication: Liaise with shipping companies, warehouses, and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any issues.
- Documentation: Prepare shipping documents, including invoices, customs forms, and tracking information, ensuring all regulatory compliance.
- Order Processing: Process incoming orders and ensure their accurate fulfillment within designated timeframes.
- Track & Monitor Shipments: Use tracking systems to monitor and report the progress of shipments and proactively address any delays.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any logístical issues or discrepancies, ensuring mínimal disruption to the supply chain.
- Optimize Costs: Identify cost-saving opportunities by optimizing routes, negotiating with carriers, and improving overall logistics processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse teams, customer service, and other departments to maintain a smooth flow of operations.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on key logistics metrics and KPIs to improve performance and ensure accountability.
- **Qualifications & Skills**:_
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation coordination.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in logistics software (e.g., SAP, WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to optimize processes and reduce costs.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination with vendors, clients, and internal teams.

Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- **Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.**

Pay: ₹12,105.40 - ₹20,166.92 per month
