**Job Title**: Field Sales Executive - Seafood Division

**Location**: Daman
**Industry**: Food & Beverage / Seafood
**Reports to**: Sales Head
**Employment Type**: remote

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Business Development**:

- Identify and target new customers in the assigned territory (restaurants, hotels, wholesalers, supermarkets, etc.)
- Visit potential clients to pitch our range of seafood products (fresh, frozen, and processed)
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
- Provide excellent after-sales service and support
- Handle customer feedback, resolve complaints, and ensure repeat business
- **Market Intelligence & Reporting**:

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and customer needs
- Assist in pricing strategies and promotional campaigns
- **Logistics & Coordination**:

- Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain team to ensure timely delivery of products
- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with food safety standards

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in seafood, FMCG, or perishable goods
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Good knowledge of seafood products and the food service industry is a plus
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle preferred

**Educational Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Technology, or related field
- Additional certifications in Sales or Food Safety are a plus

**Compensation**:

Pay: ₹11,967.08 - ₹25,732.13 per month

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
