**Job Summary**: As a Sales and Marketing Executive at Lakshmi Enterprise, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth. You will be expected to meet with clients in person to understand their needs, present our solutions, and close deals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
- Conduct in-person sales presentations to showcase our products and services.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies.
- Provide support to the sales team, including training and mentoring.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Willingness to travel to meet with clients.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in the automation, security, communication, or electrical industry.
- Knowledge of CRM software.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing best practices.
