**Job Title**: Marketing Executive

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Management**: Assist in the development, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns (digital, offline, and integrated).
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, competitive landscape, and industry trends to identify new opportunities.
- **Social Media Marketing**: Manage social media channels, create engaging content, and track performance metrics.
- **SEO & SEM**: Support SEO and SEM efforts to improve website traffic and search engine ranking.
- **Brand Management**: Ensure brand guidelines are followed in all marketing activities and materials.
- **Event Coordination**: Assist in organizing events, product launches, and webinars to increase brand visibility.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Track the performance of marketing campaigns, generate reports, and provide insights to improve future initiatives.
- **Collaboration**: Work with the design, sales, and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience (3-4 years) in a marketing role, preferably within [industry/sector].
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid advertising platforms.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and website management.
- Familiarity with graphic design principles or ability to create simple visuals.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
