**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Activities**:

- Identify and target potential clients, including manufacturers, distributors, and end-users of pressure gauges.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and technical consultations to meet client needs.
- Negotiate terms of sales agreements, contracts, and pricing structures.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
- **Marketing Strategy**:

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the company’s pressure gauge products.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Create and maintain marketing materials such as brochures, catalogs, and presentations.
- Manage the company’s online presence, including website updates, social media marketing, and digital advertising.
- Represent the company at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
- **Technical Support**:

- Collaborate with the production team to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Address client inquiries and resolve product-related issues promptly.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare regular sales and marketing performance reports.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of sales and marketing strategies.
- Recommend improvements to achieve business goals.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the manufacturing or instrumentation industry.
- Familiarity with pressure gauges or related industrial equipment is an advantage.
- **Skills**:

- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand technical specifications and explain them to customers.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Sales revenue growth.
- Market share expansion.
- Customer retention rate.
- Lead conversion rate.
