**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with the sales team and works team to manage and deliver sales order and schedule.
- Maintain daily records of inquiries, following up with leads and supporting the sales team to maximize conversions through various digital platforms.
- Prepare sales reports, quotations, and presentations using MS Excel
- Maintain and update customer records and sales databases.
- Assist in processing orders, ensuring timely delivery, and resolving customer issues
- Collaborate with internal departments (logistics, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth operations
- Track sales performance and report deviations to the management
- Co-ordinate with PPC and Dispatch for customer schedule and urgency.

Key Requirements
- **Education**: Graduation or have relevant experience as sales co-ordinator
- **Experience**: 2-4 years in sales coordination or support role
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Word, Excel etc
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and local language
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Salary upto 280000-350000 per annum

Pay: ₹280,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
