**Job Description: Front Office Supervisor**
**Location**: Panchkula, India
**Experience**: 1+ years in a similar role
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise the daily operations of the front desk and ensure smooth operation of check-in, check-out, and other front office procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate front desk procedures, including reservations, guest services, and cashier transactions.
- Resolve guest issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and guest service delivery.
- Oversee the handling of payments, invoices, and other financial transactions accurately.
- Assist in preparing reports and budgets as needed.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
