Role & responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and hospitable front office experience.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries in English and Hindi.
- Manage reception area and coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules.
- Provide administrative support including filing, documentation, record keeping, and office coordination.
- Assist in basic accounting activities such as maintaining petty cash, invoice handling, expense records, and vendor coordination.
- Support internal departments with day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Preferred candidate profile
- 58 years of proven experience in front office, administration, or accounts support.
- Smart, pleasant, and welcoming personality.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and office management tools.
- Basic understanding of accounts handling and financial documentation.
- Well-organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
