**Responsibilities**

Book reservations for customers, including local tours, attractions, activities etc.

Provide excellent customer service to customers by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing recommendations

Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to customers

Track and report on sales performance

**Qualifications**

Bachelor's degree in business or a related field

1+ years of experience in a sales or customer service role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Passion for travel and customer service
