**Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming reservation calls, providing excellent customer service and accurately processing bookings.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of guest requests and services.
- Manage incoming messages and inquiries from social media platforms, responding promptly and professionally.
- Conduct guest feedback calls to gather insights and address any concerns or issues in a timely manner.
- Make outgoing calls to guests for follow-ups, confirmations, and personalized service enhancements.
- Assist with HR tasks such as scheduling interviews, onboarding new hires, and maintaining employee records.
- Reconciliation of accounting submissions and sharing reports to the leadership team.
- Coordinate corporate training programs for resort staff, ensuring compliance with company standards and objectives.
- Generate invoices for guest services and follow up on payment processing as needed.
- Conduct property video audits to ensure consistency in branding, presentation, and guest experience standards.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in guest services, reservations, or hospitality management required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using reservation management software and social media platforms.
- Ability to analyze guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the guest experience.
- Experience in HR tasks such as recruitment, training, and employee relations preferred.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in invoice generation and financial follow-up.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Knowledge of property management systems and video auditing tools is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,095.15 - ₹27,217.00 per month
