**Job Summary**: The Principal of the Law Department will lead the academic and administrative functions, ensuring a high standard of legal education. Responsibilities include curriculum oversight, faculty management, student affairs and compliance with regulatory bodies like the Bar Council of India.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Oversee curriculum development and legal education programs.

Manage faculty recruitment, training, and performance.

Promote student - centered learning and professional growth.

Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain academic quality.

Collaborate on strategic planning and department growth.

**Additional Qualifications**:

- Advanced certifications in legal education, counselling, or related fields will be considered an asset.
- Knowledge of legal frameworks and the educational structure in law.
- Proficiency in student management systems and career counselling tools specific to the legal profession

**Qualifications**:
Master’s Degree in Law (PhD preferred).

8-10 years of teaching experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role.

Strong understanding of BCI regulations.

**Salary &Schedule**:
Rs. 40, 000 - 80,000 Per month.
