1. Educational Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Nursing (MSc Nursing) or higher.
- Specialization in a relevant field (e.g., Medical-Surgical Nursing, Pediatric Nursing).

2. Teaching Experience:

- Minimum 5-7 years of teaching experience in a nursing college or institution.
- Experience in curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation.

3. Administrative Experience:

- Experience in administrative roles, such as Department Head or Coordinator.
- Familiarity with academic policies, procedures, and regulations.

4. Knowledge of INC Guidelines:

- In-depth knowledge of INC regulations, guidelines, and standards for nursing education.
- Experience in ensuring compliance with INC requirements.

5. Leadership and Management Skills:

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and support faculty members and students.

6. Research and Publication:

- Evidence of research publications, presentations, or awards in nursing education or practice.

INC Knowledge Requirements

1. INC Regulations: Familiarity with INC regulations, guidelines, and standards for nursing education.

2. Curriculum Framework: Knowledge of INC's curriculum framework for nursing programs.

3. Accreditation and Quality Assurance: Understanding of INC's accreditation process and quality assurance mechanisms.
