Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated, proactive, and academically strong Vice Principal / Academic Coordinator to assist in the academic and administrative leadership of the school. The selected candidate will work closely with the Principal and Management to ensure smooth academic operations, uphold discipline, and maintain a positive and motivating learning environment.

This role is ideal for educators with leadership experience who wish to contribute to institutional growth and uphold academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Principal/management in overseeing day-to-day academic and administrative operations.
  • Supervise and support teachers in lesson planning, classroom management, and student evaluation.
  • Ensure the effective implementation of the CBSE curriculum and continuous academic improvement.
  • Coordinate co-curricular and extracurricular programs under the Principal's/management's direction.
  • Monitor student performance, discipline, and well-being.
  • Facilitate staff training, performance reviews, and professional development sessions.
  • Maintain communication with parents, faculty, and management to ensure transparency and smooth functioning.
  • Take initiative in implementing innovative teaching methodologies, STEM learning, and technology integration.
  • Serve as acting head in the Principal's absence, ensuring continuity in operations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Postgraduate degree with B.Ed.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in std 9 and 10, including at least 2 years in a leadership or coordinator role in a CBSE affiliated school.
  • Strong academic background and sound understanding of CBSE norms and policies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to mentor teachers and motivate students.
  • Born between 01/01/1985 to 01/01/1995
