Coordinating patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
- Managing patient care services and resources efficiently.
- Addressing patient concerns and ensuring their needs are met.
- Maintaining accurate records of patient care and healthcare practices.
- Managing the allocation of resources like staff, equipment, and supplies.
- Ensuring the availability of necessary resources for patient care.
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and hospital policies.
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment on the floor.
- Serving as a communication link between staff, patients, and other departments.
- Collaborating with other departments to improve patient care and overall hospital operations.
- Providing guidance and mentorship to staff.
- Fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional development.

**Qualification**: Bachelor's in Hospital Management / Graduation

**Experience**: Minimum 2 years of experience needed

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
