**Job Title**: Sales Executive - Advertisements (Digital Media Portal)
**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Sales Strategy & Execution**:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve advertising revenue targets.
- Identify and acquire new clients by researching industries, market trends, and advertising opportunities.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by understanding their needs and presenting customized digital advertising solutions.
2. **Client Management**:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring consistent communication and client satisfaction.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients to secure new business.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and pricing structures aligned with the client's advertising goals and budgets.
3. **Market & Product Knowledge**:
- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital advertising, marketing strategies, and the competitive landscape.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the company’s digital media portal, its audience demographics, and advertising products to effectively position offerings to clients.
4. **Campaign Management**:
- Work closely with internal teams (creative, marketing, and technical) to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign performance and deliver post-campaign reports, offering insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Ensure all campaigns meet client expectations and are delivered on time and within budget.
5. **Reporting & Analytics**:
- Track and report on sales performance, forecasts, and client activities.
- Analyze advertising campaign performance and prepare detailed reports to measure success and areas for improvement.
6. **Networking & Business Development**:
- Attend industry events, networking functions, and conferences to build relationships with potential clients.
- Continuously seek out new business opportunities and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in digital media, advertising, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising formats (e.g., display ads, video ads, native advertising, programmatic).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, analytics platforms, and digital advertising technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
