**Job Title**: Project Coordinator - Datacentre Projects
**Location**: Mumbai
**Experience Required**: 2-5 Years
**Notice Period**: Immediate Joiners Only

**Role Summary:

**Key Responsibilities:

- **
- Assist in **project planning, scheduling, and documentation** for datacenter projects (Civil, Electrical, HVAC, MEP, and Fit-out works).
- Coordinate with **internal design, procurement, and execution teams** along with external vendors and contractors.
- Track project progress, monitor timelines, and **highlight risks, delays, or deviations** to the Project Manager.
- Prepare and maintain **project documentation, trackers, dashboards, progress reports, and MOMs**.
- Ensure project adherence to **scope, budget, safety, and quality standards**.
- Support in **vendor management**, including deliveries, billing, compliance, and follow-ups.
- Facilitate smooth **communication among stakeholders** - clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Assist in **project handover activities** and documentation for the operations team.

**Key Skills & Competencies:

- **
- Strong **coordination, follow-up, and documentation skills**.
- Familiarity with **project management tools** (MS Project, Primavera, Excel, or similar).
- Good **communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills**.
- High attention to detail and ability to **handle multiple tasks simultaneously**.

**Qualifications & Experience:

- **
- Bachelor’s degree in **Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Civil or equivalent)**.
- **2-5 years of experience** in project coordination, preferably in **datacenter or MEP projects**.
- Exposure to **datacenter or large-scale infrastructure projects** will be an added advantage.

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
