Job Title: Project Coordinator – Datacentre Projects

Location: Mumbai

Experience Required: 2–5 Years

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only

Role Summary :-

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Datacenter Projects team. The role will involve supporting the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring multiple design and build projects. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring timely execution by coordinating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and contractors while maintaining compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities :-

  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and documentation for datacenter projects (Civil, Electrical, HVAC, MEP, and Fit-out works).
  • Coordinate with internal design, procurement, and execution teams along with external vendors and contractors.
  • Track project progress, monitor timelines, and highlight risks, delays, or deviations to the Project Manager.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, trackers, dashboards, progress reports, and MOMs.
  • Ensure project adherence to scope, budget, safety, and quality standards.
  • Support in vendor management, including deliveries, billing, compliance, and follow-ups.
  • Facilitate smooth communication among stakeholders – clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Assist in project handover activities and documentation for the operations team.

Key Skills & Competencies :-

  • Strong coordination, follow-up, and documentation skills.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, Excel, or similar).
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications & Experience :-

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Civil or equivalent).
  • 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in datacenter or MEP projects.
  • Exposure to datacenter or large-scale infrastructure projects will be an added advantage.
