**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for taking buyers, sellers, and logistics calls.
- Responsible for making outbound calls in case of follow-ups.
- Responsible for communicating with external coordinators (warehouse) to resolve the cases.
- Night shift due to USA working hours

**Qualification**:

- Any Graduation / Bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience in e-commerce or BPO industry or a similar role.
- Freshers also can apply.

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
