**Customer Service Executive**

**Salary**: INR 12,000- 15,000 per month

Overseeing the customer service process. Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention. Planning the training and standardization of service delivery.

Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions. Getting feedback from customer and communicating the same to management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Use telephones to reach out to customers and solve complaints and take feedback.
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for complaint.
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges for genuine complaints.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree.
- A minimum of 1-2 years experience in a similar role.
- 3 important qualities: Professionalism, patience, and a “people-first” attitude.
- An analytical mind with strong attention to detail.
- Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Confident, articulate, and professional speaking abilities (and experience)
- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
- Overseeing the customer service process.
- You have basic knowledge of MS Excel.
