**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate direct client inquiries and bookings through your network of existing brokers and channel partners.
- Activate and manage relationships with active brokers to promote SVB Developers’ projects.
- Ensure consistent flow of qualified leads and site visits through channel partner engagement.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through channel sales.
- Coordinate with internal sales and CRM teams to ensure smooth lead conversion and documentation.
- Monitor and track broker performance and follow up regularly to push closures.
- Share regular project updates, offers, and inventory status with channel partners to keep them aligned.
- Organize and support broker events, site visits, and on-ground marketing activities as needed.
- 3-4 years of experience in channel sales in the real estate industry.
- Strong network of active real estate brokers in the [city/region].
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through broker networks.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to deliver results.
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
