JD:
1.Overseeing Customer Service Representatives and other team members

2.Ensuring that the team members adhere to the company guidelines and policies at all times

3.Providing the clients with product and service knowledge

4.Identifying and resolving any urgent customer service queries

5.Providing regular training sessions and workshops to the team members

6.Developing and implementing monthly/yearly departmental goals

7.Maintaining and updating client database

8.Ensuring that follow-up and promotional calls are being made on time

10.Addressing any customer queries in a professional and timely manner

11.Coordinating with the Marketing department to create promotional events and campaigns.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- US shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
