We are looking for an **experienced Hospital Administrator** to oversee daily operations, ensure compliance, and enhance patient care services.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Hospital Operations Management** - Oversee day-to-day administrative functions, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments.

**Patient Care & Service Excellence** - Ensure high-quality patient care, efficient workflow, and adherence to hospital policies.

**IPD & OPD Coordination** - Manage In-Patient and Out-Patient services efficiently, ensuring seamless patient experience.

**Billing & Insurance Handling** - Supervise **IPD/OPD billing, insurance claims, and Ayushman Bharat scheme processes**.

**HR & Staff Management** - Supervise recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of hospital staff.

**Regulatory Compliance** - Ensure hospital adherence to medical, legal, and ethical regulations.

**Vendor & Inventory Management** - Oversee procurement of medical supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.

**Financial & Budget Management** - Monitor expenses, revenue, and operational costs to ensure financial stability.

**Emergency & Crisis Management** - Ensure hospital preparedness for medical emergencies and crisis situations.

**Requirements**:
**5+ years** experience in hospital administration or healthcare management

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in **Hospital Administration (MHA), Healthcare Management, or a related field**

Strong knowledge of **hospital operations, regulatory requirements, and healthcare policies**

Experience in handling **IPD/OPD billing, insurance processes, and Ayushman Bharat schemes**

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to **work in a fast-paced hospital environment** and handle multiple responsibilities
