
Hospital Administrator

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital
- Plan, manage, and execute the hospital’s healthcare services
- Ensure the hospital complies with healthcare laws, regulations, and standards
- Create and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care services
- Prepare and monitor budgets, manage resources, and ensure financial sustainability
- Coordinate with medical staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure high quality patient care
- Oversee recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and retention strategies for hospital staff
- Handle patient complaints and address any issues that may arise
- Manage the hospital’s record-keeping system and ensure the confidentiality of patient information
- Collaborate with the board of directors or other governing bodies to strategize and make decisions about the direction of the hospital
- Stay up-to-date with the latest healthcare trends and advancements
- Proven work experience as a Hospital Administrator, Healthcare Administrator or similar role
- Knowledge of medical terminology and hospital industry
- Familiarity with administrative procedures in a healthcare setting
- Strong understanding of healthcare laws and medical ethics
- Excellent leadership and organizational abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management software
- Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospital Management or relevant field
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
