**Looking For**:
Operations analyst to help manage large amounts of data. Will require retrieving data, data entry, reviewing data, and utilizing Excel to analyze data. Detail oriented and a willingness to learn quickly in this role. High level knowledge in Excel is a must.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operationally support a global team
- Effectively manage large amounts of data through data entry, pulling reports, and reviewing multiple data sets
- Review business process and company policies to help enhance workflow and develop stronger operations team
- Collaborate with sales leadership, operations teams, and cross-functional teams to help find ways to create cost-effective business processes
- Lead cross-functional projects to help resolve issues impacting core sales operations, scale and grow the areas of analytics, reporting and planning
- Perform general data entry and data management

**Qualifications**:

- Sales Operation experience preferred, but not required (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- College Degree in degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Economics or Finance is preferred

**Requirement**:

- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skill
- Must have excellent organization skills and the ability to organize thoughts and ideas
- Ability to interact professionally with colleagues
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Ability to multitask
- Reliable and able to work under pressure
- Must be detail oriented and be able to handle document process and procedures

**Job **Details**:

- Full-time position
- Work from home until further notice (would require to walk-in to office when needed)
