Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly organised Operations Associate with excellent Excel proficiency and strong data handling skills. The candidate will be responsible for managing operational workflows, maintaining dashboards, analysing data, and supporting cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update operational dashboards using advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, Charts, Conditional Formatting, Data Cleaning, etc.).
  • Analyse daily, weekly, and monthly data to generate performance reports for management.
  • Track ongoing projects and tasks across marketing, sales, academic, and tech teams, ensuring timely execution.
  • Prepare and automate spreadsheets, improving data accuracy and workflow efficiency.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, data collection, and operational requirements.
  • Support operational processes related to onboarding, session management, events, and logistics.
  • Identify operational gaps using data insights and propose actionable improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 0–1 year of experience in operations or data-related roles (freshers with strong data skills can apply).
  • Excellent Excel skills (mandatory): pivot tables, advanced formulas, dashboards, data cleaning.
  • Strong analytical ability and comfort working with large datasets.
  • Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and process-driven.
