We're now looking for a
Catalog Operations Associate

to help us keep our product listings sharp, accurate, and conversion-ready across platforms.

Role Overview:

As a Catalog Operations Associate, you will be the backbone of kindlife's merchandising operations. You'll ensure every product is correctly listed, priced, and optimized — keeping our catalog clean, up-to-date, and ready for campaigns and platform integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the
    product catalog

on kindlife and third-party platforms.
- Conduct
regular catalog clean-ups

to fix errors, duplicates, inactive SKUs, or outdated content.
- Update
prices, offers, and inventory

in line with live sales, promotions, and margin changes.
- Ensure all product data — titles, descriptions, images, filters, and attributes — meet internal quality standards.
- Coordinate with the
Category, Tech, and Ops teams

to resolve listing or sync issues quickly.
- Prepare and maintain
catalog trackers

and ensure timely uploads for new product launches.
- Support
bulk uploads

,
SKU mapping

, and
campaign readiness

for events and sales.
- Identify opportunities to
improve catalog hygiene

and streamline internal processes.

What we're looking for:

  • 1–3 years of experience in
    e-commerce catalog operations

(experience with Shopify, Unicommerce, or marketplaces like Nykaa, Amazon, or Flipkart preferred).
- Excellent attention to detail and comfort working in
large data sheets / Excel

- Strong organizational and time management skills — you love checklists and clean trackers.
- Basic understanding of pricing, promotions, and product taxonomy.
- Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership and enjoys cross-functional collaboration.
