Field Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**:*
- Plan and execute field marketing activities to promote products and sales into Corporate office, School, College, IT companies and Factories in designated regions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Customers, admin, purchase departments, and influencers.
- Organize and participate in events, trade shows, and community outreach programs.
- Conduct market research to identify local trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align field activities with overall marketing strategies.
- Distribute marketing materials and gather feedback from the target audience.
- Generate leads and facilitate the conversion of leads into sales opportunities.
- Provide regular reports on field marketing performance, including ROI analysis.
- Monitor and analyze competitor activities in the field.
- **Requirements**:*
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in field marketing or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Understanding of local market dynamics and consumer behavior.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting tools.
