Designation - Care Coordinator

Please find below JD:
Supervising at patient place, understanding proper care has been taken by the caregiver/Nurse or not.

Demonstration of skill of medical procedures to the Nurses/Caregivers Record Maintenance of Patient history Interact with patients by doing patient visits to keep track of their progress and to ensure satisfaction.

Coordinate and provide solutions to customer that is timely, effective, efficient, equitable, and customer-centric. Responsible for resolving customer queries through inbound/outbound calls.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications BSc Nurse/ GNM /ANM
