Full Job Description

We are urgently hiring a Customer Customer Service Coordinator for an Water treatment Company

Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify and assess customer needs to provide appropriate solutions and recommendations.

Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner by working with other departments or team members as necessary.

Escalate complex or high-priority issues to the appropriate personnel or manager.

Develop and maintain strong product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

Provide Quotation to client and do the repairing work.

Handle operator, provide training by supervisor

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Requirements**:
MUST have good English language skills (verbal as well as written)

Graduate or post-graduate degree (preferred)

6 months - 1 year experience into Business, Client Servicing, Customer Management, Sales & Development (preferred)

Attention to detail

Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

Strong commitment to adhere to the process

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
