**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Visit potential customers for new business and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle objections.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Record sales and order information, and report the same to the sales department.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products and services.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or a customer-facing role (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong customer focus and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as per business requirements.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Sales revenue generated
- Number of new leads converted
- Client retention rate
- Customer satisfaction
- Target achievement (monthly/quarterly)
