About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our sales team as Junior Sales Executives. No prior sales experience? No problem

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calls from a list of 1000 medium-quality leads.

Book 75 qualified meetings per month using the provided scripts and tools.

Engage prospects with confidence and clarity, and handle basic objections.

Maintain accurate call records and meeting outcomes using CRM tools.

Work closely with Sr. Sales and Closers to ensure smooth handoffs.

KPIs & Expectations:
Target: 75 meetings set per month.

Pay Structure: INR 320 per meeting successfully set.

Eligible for bonuses, promotions, and appraisals based on performance.

Who You Are:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

Self-driven, resilient, and goal-oriented.

Comfortable with cold calling and handling rejections.

Quick learner, open to feedback, and process-oriented.

Must have a basic understanding of MS Excel or Google Sheets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
