Wine Enterprises manages a network of high-performing liquor stores, offering a wide range of premium wines, spirits, and beverages. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service, strong product knowledge, and a passion for helping customers find exactly what they need. We're now hiring **Sales Executives** to support our retail operations across multiple store locations.
**Job Summary**
The **Sales Executive** will be responsible for driving in-store sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high standard of store presentation. This is a front-line sales role ideal for individuals who are outgoing, service-oriented, and passionate about the liquor industry.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet customers and provide expert recommendations based on their preferences.
- Actively promote products, ongoing offers, and seasonal items.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, including wines, beers, and spirits.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory teams for replenishment.
- Ensure product displays and shelves are clean, organized, and appealing.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle billing and cash/card transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally.
- Support store openings/closings and general operations as needed.
**Requirements**:
- 1-3 years of experience in retail sales; experience in liquor or FMCG retail is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of alcoholic beverages (wine, beer, and spirits) preferred.
- Customer-focused attitude and sales-driven mindset.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer skills for POS and billing systems.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
