**About the role:

We are looking for a Dispatch Coordinator who will be responsible for providing admin support to drivers and customers and solve queries related to location, packages and time.

**Roles and Responsibilities:

- **
- Follow up with drivers for on-time Pick-up and delivery.
- Resolving driver issues related with Software or anything else.
- Diligently keeping an eye on check-in-out times of the drivers through the relay app.
- Maintaining a proper record of work done by the drivers and truck for each specific territory.
- Dispatching and planning of Ad-hoc loads.
- Cover up additional trailer pool on respective facilities as and when required.
- Handing over the shift report to the supervisor before leaving.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Good Verbal skills and Language proficiency with an accent (English)
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Hardworking & willing to learn and adapt.
- KPO/BPO background preferred.

**Working Hours - 9 Hours working with Rotational Shift (Morning, Noon, Night)**

**Job Location** - Mohali.

**Working Days - 6 Days in a week ( within 2 month probation period after probation it will 5 days in a week).**

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
