Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning:
Collaborate with project managers to create and maintain project plans, schedules, and timelines.

Assist in resource allocation and workload distribution.

Communication:
Facilitate effective communication between project team members, stakeholders, and clients.

Prepare and distribute project-related documentation and reports.

Task Coordination:
Track project tasks and deliverables to ensure they are completed on time and within scope.

Coordinate with team members to resolve issues and mitigate risks.

Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and project status reports.

Ensure project documentation is organized and accessible.

Quality Assurance:
Assist in implementing quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Coordinate testing activities and track bug resolution.

Client Interaction:
Act as a liaison between the development team and clients to gather project requirements and provide regular updates.

Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Team Support:
Provide administrative support to the project management team.

Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance overall project efficiency.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, etc.).

Proven experience as a project coordinator or similar role in a software development environment.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Experience with project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello).

Basic understanding of software development processes.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
