**The primary purpose of this role is to **Coordinate development team **resources across one or more product lines to ensure that software development programs are adequately staffed and ensure that targets for the maintenance and quality of products are achieved.

This can include leading quality, test, or documentation efforts.

To enable the technical team over the Microarchitecture approach under PM’s guidance.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining and monitoring **project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.**:

- Organizing, attending, and participating in **stakeholder meetings**.**:

- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Ensuring **project deadlines are met**.**:

- Determining project changes.
- Providing administrative support as needed.
- Undertaking project tasks as required.
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
- **Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution**.**:

- Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and **distribute minutes to all project team members.**:

- Responsible to create **Demo Videos** of every milestone achievement.
- Create a **project management** calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.

**Requirements**:

- Working experience on tools like **JIRA, MS Projects, Azure DevOps.**:

- **Should have knowledge of Azure Devops Boards.**:

- Excellent Presentation, Communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Should have **Bachelor’s degree** in Computer Science, Computer/Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or an associated field.
