**Job Title**:Visa Advisor**

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Consultation**: Meet with clients to assess their visa needs, discuss immigration options, and provide personalized advice based on individual circumstances.
- **Information Provision**: Provide up-to-date information on visa types, eligibility criteria, processing times, fees, and documentation requirements for various countries.
- **Communication**: Liaise with government agencies, embassies, consulates, and other relevant stakeholders on behalf of clients to resolve issues, seek clarification, or obtain necessary approvals.
- **Compliance**: Stay informed about changes in immigration laws, policies, and procedures to ensure accurate and timely advice is provided to clients.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through professionalism, responsiveness, and excellent customer service.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as international relations, immigration law, public administration, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in visa advising, immigration consultancy, international education, or a related field is advantageous.
- Knowledge of visa regulations, immigration processes, and documentation requirements for various countries.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients from different cultural backgrounds.
- Problem-solving abilities to address client concerns, navigate complex immigration issues, and find solutions to visa-related challenges.
- Ethical conduct and adherence to confidentiality standards when handling sensitive client information.
- Language proficiency in English and any additional languages relevant to the client base served by the organization.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹8,764.59 - ₹41,943.83 per month
