**Senior Student Advisor
- B2C Division**
- To counsel clients about student visa processes in countries like Canada/USA/ Australia/the UK/New Zealand etc
- Counselling students about study options available for them overseas based on their profiles
- Facilitating and managing the admission process of universities and colleges
- Being familiar with and coordinating the admission process for student queries of Canada, UK, Australia, USA, and NZ
- Managing and interacting with clients and queries and maintaining a record of the same
- Regularly following up with incoming leads and pitching the company’s services to them
- Contacting clients or company associates if any message or information needs to be passed to them
- Record keeping of all clients and their documentation
- Following up with the admission team for offer letters, fee receipts, and any required documentation
- Attending online and in-person training sessions organized by various institutions to gain in-depth knowledge about their programs
- Counselling all student walk in’s for available study options as per their respective profiles
- Attending to incoming queries and guiding regarding study options and visa processes
- Following up with positive clients and targeting maximum conversions out of them
- Data maintenance of student information and relevant documents on CRM/ allocated system

**2. He/she must be equipped with the knowledge of visa process of minimum one country**

**4. He must have good communication & Interpersonal skills.**

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
