**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand students’ educational background, career goals, and recommend appropriate courses.
- Provide complete information about the company’s IT training programs, duration, fees, and career outcomes.
- Maintain a strong follow-up system to ensure conversion of leads into admissions.
- Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new students.
- Meet monthly and quarterly admission targets.
- Maintain records of inquiries, leads, and admissions in CRM software.
- Participate in promotional events, webinars, and workshops to generate leads.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field).
- 1-4 years of experience as an Admission Counselor / Education Counselor / Career Advisor.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and counseling abilities.
- Good understanding of IT training programs and emerging technologies.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated personality.
- Ability to work in a team and handle pressure effectively.
- Passionate about guiding students and contributing to their career growth.
