**Responsibilities**:

- Client Communication: Make outbound calls to potential clients, explaining immigration services.
- Lead Generation & Follow-ups: Identify prospects, follow up on inquiries, and build a strong client pipeline.
- Guidance & Assistance: Provide basic visa process details, document requirements, and immigration program options.
- Appointment Scheduling: Arrange consultations with immigration experts and legal advisors.
- Database Management: Update and maintain client records for smooth follow-ups.
- Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion goals.

**Job Requirements**:

- Experience: Minimum 1 Year in telecalling, sales, or customer service (immigration preferred).
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication in English, Hindi, and Punjabi (preferred).
- Sales & Persuasion: Ability to engage, convince, and convert potential clients.
- Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Customer Focused: Polite, patient, and professional in handling client queries.
