**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Handling TransferPricing assignments that includes:

- Conducting Transfer Pricing audits.
- Formulating a Transfer Pricing Policy including functional analysis &economic search for comparable etc.
- Compiling documentation & issuing a CA certificate (Form 3CEB).
- Handling domestictransfer pricing assignments relating to advisory.
- Handling assessmentsrelating to International & Domestic Transfer Pricing
- Assistance indrafting of submissions, research of case laws etc.

**DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE**:

- CA with 1-2 yearshands on experience in transfer pricing Or

CA fresher with goodDirect tax experience during articleship with an inclination for Transferpricing
