**JOBDESCRIPTION**:

- PrimaryResponsibilities:

- Understandingof basic financial ratios and concepts.
- Interpretationof financial reports.
- Shouldbe able to work on Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Compiling documentation &issuing a CA certificate (Form 3CEB)
- Assistin handling assessments relating to International & Domestic TransferPricing
- Assistin drafting of submission, research of case laws etc.
- Supportthe entire practice of Transfer pricing by establishing the requiredco-ordination channel and liaisoning.
- Secondary:

- Understandingof basic and some advance direct tax concepts with good practical experience.
