Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Production Supervision:

- Oversee the daily operations of the factory, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and timelines are met.
- Supervise a workforce of 200+ workers, ensuring they adhere to production processes and safety protocols.
- Monitor daily production schedules, resolve production bottlenecks, and ensure optimal resource utilization.

2. Team Management:

- Lead and manage production teams, ensuring high employee morale and productivity.
- Provide training, mentoring, and development opportunities to workers.
- Conduct performance appraisals, handle employee grievances, and ensure proper workforce discipline.

3. Safety & Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Enforce safety protocols to reduce workplace accidents and hazards.
- Conduct regular safety audits and training to maintain a safe working environment.

4. Reporting & Documentation:

- Prepare and submit detailed production reports, highlighting key performance indicators, downtime analysis, and production efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and work closely with the inventory team to ensure raw materials and components are available as required.
- Maintain accurate records of workforce attendance, performance, and any incidents.

5. Quality Control:

- Ensure adherence to quality control standards and resolve any quality issues in production.
- Conduct regular inspections of products and processes to meet quality specifications.
- Implement corrective actions for any production discrepancies or defects.

6. Process Improvement:

- Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement improvements in manufacturing operations.
- Work with the maintenance team to ensure that machinery and equipment are in good working condition.
- Drive initiatives for cost reduction, waste minimization, and productivity enhancements.

7. Cross-Departmental Coordination:

- Collaborate with other departments (Logistics, Quality Assurance, Procurement, etc.) to ensure smooth production flow.
- Address and resolve any inter-departmental issues impacting production timelines.

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
