**JOB DESCRIPTION: Specific Accountabilities / Deliverables**

PO Creation of RM/PM/FG for Plant & 3P.
- SO Creation for 3p RM PM post-delivery confirmation.
- PR Creation and RM/PM/FG Bill Booking Post Approval of QC in ZOHO.
- FG Sale Booking Vs EE Sale Reco. Data Circulation to Concern.
- Factory/R&D Expense Booking in Zoho with Subsequent Approval's.
- Batch wise RM PM Consumption Booking in Zoho.
- Monthly Stock Reconciliation with External Auditor Physical Verification and Report Circulation.
- Vendor Debit Note Raised against QC Rejection.
- FG Movement from Factory to Emiza Warehouse Through STN with Coordination Courier Partner's for Timely Delivery.
- FG Order Create in Easy Ecom for GRN in Respective Warehouse from Factory/3P Supplier's.
- FG Inventory in EE with Physical Stock Verification.
- Coordinate with CHA for timely delivery of Import Export RM PM FG.
- Coordinate with Contractor for Timely Salary through attendance and Leave Verification.
- Follow up with RM PM vendors for Timely Delivery at Plant and 3P.
- Marine Declaration Report Circulation-Inward RM/PM/FG Data.
- Coordination with Transporter for Local Transport delivery at Plant and Payment.
- Local Purchase and Scrap Sale Handling.
- Vendor Priority Payment Scheduling with Coordination of SCM Team.
- Defaulters List Reco Reporting to Accounts and Follow up with Vendor's.
- 3p Payment Reco against available Inventory.
- Analyze manufacturing costs and variances and recommend cost control measures to improve profitability.Develop, monitor, and manage factory budgets and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations for financial planning.
- Oversee reconciliation of factory accounts, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Monitor and report on inventory levels, ensuring accurate valuation and efficient inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and support internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial reporting and factory accounting practices, implementing best practices.

**Qualification:

- **Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or CMA certification is preferred.

**Work Experience:

- ** Minimum of 5-7 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing or factory setting.

**Skills Required:

- ** o Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, ZOHO, QuickBooks).
- Complete handling of procurement to Pay Process o Knowledge of Plant operations
- Product Yield analysis
- Exposure of Import and export
- Vendor Payments and reconciliation o Exposures of various audits like Stock, Factory, ISO or related
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
