Enjoy a career packaged with care whilst helping protect food people and the planet We are a key global provider of sustainable packaging solutions We re on a mission to make all packaging recyclable reusable or compostable Every day we ensure the hygiene and safety of food and drink for people around the world We are Huhtamaki You could be part of our vision Because it s our talented people that make it happen Our people on the shop floor producing innovative sustainable products Our people in our offices delivering excellence for our customers every day It s every one of us working together We offer a place where you can feel safe be supported and make an impact so we can all focus on the future together Roles and Responsibilities Responsible for coordinating with the Plant Management Team and Corporate Finance Team for cost and control related deliverables Handle Budgeting Capex and Fixed Assets Management for the Plant Handle Month end financial close and cost tracking for the plant Review and Analysis of General Ledger Profit Loss statement Balance Sheet Inventory Management and Control including physical verification of Inventory review of Inventory aging and timely actions in coordination of plant team for liquidation of inventory Ensure Statutory Compliance related to finance and support Plant Manager for Financial Compliances Implementation of Internal Controls and ensure all SOPs and DOAs are followed Coordination with Shared Service team for month end accounts closing day to day transactions Coordination with Statutory and Internal Auditors Experience of working in Oracle will have an added advantage Role Specific Competencies Technical Knowledge Good Communication Comprehension Skills High Drive for Achievement commitment for excellence Great Interpersonal Skills and Working in a Team Good Empathetic Listener Quick Agile Responsive Internal Stakeholders Plant Operations Team Good Communication Comprehension Skills Corporate and Other Plant Finance Team Internal Auditors Central Sourcing and Procurement Team Marketing Team External Stakeholders Government Authorities Statutory Bodies External Auditors Join us Help protect food people and the planet
