**Job Title**: Production Supervisor
**Location**: Silvassa

**Job Type**: Full-Time | 12-Hour Shift System
**Experience Required**: 2-3 Years
**Education**: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering
**Industry**: Chemical Manufacturing

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day plant operations during assigned 12-hour shifts.
- Ensure adherence to production schedules, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with maintenance, QA/QC, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor key process parameters and troubleshoot any deviations or issues.
- Lead and guide production operators and shift staff.
- Maintain accurate shift records and ensure proper documentation.
- Implement continuous improvement practices for efficiency and cost control.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering (mandatory)
- **Experience**: 2-3 years of relevant experience in a chemical manufacturing setup

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of chemical processes and plant operations
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations in chemical industries
- Proficient in shift planning, documentation, and team coordination
- Willingness to work on a 12-hour rotating shift schedule

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
