**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in supervising galvanizing operations during the shift.
- Monitor process parameters like temperature, zinc bath condition, and material movement.
- Maintain production reports, shift logs, and checklists.
- Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and logistics teams.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
- Report machine faults or abnormalities immediately.
- Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing activities.

**Skills & Requirements**
- Diploma -Mechanical / Undergraduate
- Willingness to work in 12-hour rotational shifts (day/night).
- Good communication, problem-solving, and basic technical aptitude.
- Physically fit and ready to work in an industrial shop floor setting.
- Quick learner with a strong work ethic.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
